Closed and Decertified Libraries
The Mattapoisett Free Public Library will not grant borrowing privileges to persons from communities whose library has closed or has been decertified by the state for lack and community support and which no longer participates in reciprocal borrowing, except under the rules of the region and the automated Network agreement.
