Lost or Damaged Materials
In the case of materials that are lost or damaged to the extent that they are no longer suitable for circulation, the library will charge a fee equaling the cost of the item plus $2.00 for processing.
Patrons will be given a reasonable amount of time to locate the lost material. In the event the materials are found after the charges are paid, the materials are the property of the patron. The library will not refund fees except in unusual cases (as determined by the director).
