Meeting Room Policy
Non-profit groups and town departments may reserve library meeting room space on a first come first served basis. All first time applicants must fill out a room reservation application, available at the main desk. A copy of the meeting room policy is also available here. The Library Director reviews all applications for appropriateness of use prior to a reservation being approved.
Please call the library staff at 508-758-4171 to check on the availability of the meeting room. Library programs and groups have priority. No room may be reserved for tutoring or private meetings.
Groups needing to use audiovisual equipment must make arrangements in advance and include a member who is proficient with audiovisual aids and who will be responsible for using the equipment appropriately.
