Need tax forms from the IRS?
The library receives a limited supply each year of 1040 forms and instruction booklets. You can request your own set of forms, via the USPS mail or by calling 1.800.829.3676. For people with deafness or who are hard of hearing, the TTY/TDD phone number to order forms is 1.800.829.4059.
You can download and print forms right from the IRS website at irs.gov/forms.
